It flows well and makes the transaction with the customer go well also.
It is so simple to go in and write a work order and to set up labor codes. I love the functionality of the Work Orders and Sales Orders. It can be complex at times but the staff is accommodating to us when we have questions. We love that Vision is, for the most part, easy to use. About 2011 we switched to Windows based Vision Software. My father had Pluss software before it was Vision, it was called something else and it was on a DOS platform. We have been with Pluss for many, many years. We started with Jim back around 2003-2005 I think.
